Scottsdale Travel Guide

Hi everyone! Life has been so crazy busy but I wanted to sit down and share my Scottsdale guide for those who are traveling here. I get a ton of requests over on Instagram to share places for girls who are coming into town for a bachelorette party especially!

First up, my favorite restaurants in town that are a must visit when you are here!

• Francine– located outside of Fashion Square mall. Amazing French food!

• Maple & Ash– upscale, really amazing food. Great for a fancier dinner or a fancy brunch!

• La Grande Orange– for a great brunch spot! Has a small shopping area also that would be great for getting some souvenirs.

• Zinque– located next to Francine, has a great menu for all day dining. Really cute patio area.

Those are just some of the restaurants that I like! You really can’t go wrong with anything located around Fashion Square and Old Town.

Where to stay? Depending on which part you want to stay in, there are tons of cute airbnbs around old town that are perfect for bigger groups! If you are wanting a hotel Senna is gorgeous, and if you want something relaxing and outside Scottsdale, Civana is a great escape.

What you should do while you are here, depends on what time of year you are here! Look up all of the events we have throughout the year. There are golfing events, rodeos, and spring training! Arizona draws in a big crowd certain times of the year when the weather is perfect and people are wanting to take advantage of it!

There is a lot to do over in Old Town. They have bars and restaurants and shops galore. Early spring is probably the best time to come and check out the valley!

We have lots of options for outdoor activities. People come from all over to enjoy our golf courses. There are also tons of trails for hiking all over.

Five Ways To Celebrate Spring

Hi everyone! I love Spring. I love the flowers and the weather, especially here in AZ! It’s not the same as other places but I love seeing the plants change and the beautiful perfect pool weather!

The first way to celebrate is to spring clean! I love doing a big closet clean out and making room for new clothes. I also like to pack away the winter stuff, since it takes up so much room.

Next, plant something! I love having fresh herbs around, especially in the spring! Basil and mint are my favorite to keep around.

Do a spring wardrobe refresh! It is so fun to add a couple new pieces for the season. I love floral patterns and pastels with neutrals for the spring.

I also love spring activities! There are so many fun ones. I love all of the ones relating to Easter and getting creative. It reminds me of my childhood and all of the activities I did growing up.

Lastly, get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather before it gets too warm outside!

Amazon has tons of beauty products that I absolutely love! I wanted to pick out five that are great, from different categories.

Starting off with skincare, these products are amazing for anti-aging and sculpting.

The face serum is a complete game changer! I was having issues with dry red patches and this smoothed my skin back out and plumped it back up.

If you are needing a quick shave this is perfect! Having a way to shave without jumping in the shower is great, especially for the upcoming warm weather.

Two hair products I love are this curling iron and my all time favorite dry shampoo.

25 Things I Learned By 25

With my birthday happening over the weekend and hitting a milestone birthday I wanted to highlight 25 things I have learned in 25 years!

1. Protect your peace.

2. Your boundaries are your boundaries, don’t let someone disrespect them!

3. When someone tells you who they are, believe them the first time.

4. Consistency is key!

5. Invest in yourself.

6. How you love yourself is how you show others to love you.

7. Be kind even when it’s hard.

8. Buy yourself things that make you happy!

9. Don’t let someone tell you who you are, only you know that.

10. Someone else’s opinion of me is not my business!

11. It’s okay to cry.

12. Be a good friend, even if you don’t get the same in return all the time.

13. How someone treats you is more of a reflection of how they feel about themselves.

14. Never let someone dull your shine.

15. Your money is your business, and your business alone.

16. Don’t let someone tell you your business ideas aren’t good.

17. People are too scared to grow, don’t let that hold you back.

18. Lean on those close to you when you need to.

19. It’s okay to be vulnerable with the right people.

20. Everyone is experiencing life differently at the same time.

21. Your work ethic will take you further than most things will.

22. Don’t give up just because it’s hard.

23. Wear whatever you want to wear!

Arizona Date Ideas

Since I started dating again, trying to figure out what to do for a date night/day is always hard! I’ve been asked so many times for recommendations and here are some of my favorites that I’ve done recently and in the past!

Day date outdoors– There are so many great options to do here in AZ! When the weather is nice going hiking and getting to explore new trails is always a lot of fun. There’s also golfing, going to the lake, and horseback riding!

Fun activities– Going bowling, to top golf, or an arcade are always good options.

Bars- Old Town and Cave Creek are always fun on a Friday or Saturday night. There are tons of things to do such as karaoke and watching live music.

Restaurants– Scottsdale is know for its dining! There is a variety of amazing restaurants to choose from and I will be writing an updated blog post next week on all of my favorite places!

2022 Vision Board

Saying 2021 was a really rough year, is an understatement. I know a New Year isn’t really a fresh start but I am excited about the possibilities that are ahead of me. The best thing that happened to me in 2021 was making the most money I have ever made. I’ve decided to put all of my energy into growing that and developing multiple streams of income!

I don’t really do resolutions but I am constantly setting new goals for myself. Nothing feels better than accomplishing what you set out to do.

I thought my 2022 would include getting engaged and living in a new place while getting to have fun adventures with the person I loved. These past couple months I’ve spent my time trying to focus on myself and what I want out of life now.

This is a small glimpse of what I am manifesting for myself in the new year. I want to travel and explore and make new memories.

End of the Year Reflection

Hi everyone! 2021 was a crazy year filled with so many ups and downs. My goal was to end the year on a more positive note. I was so sad for months, and after picking up the pieces I poured all of my energy into growing my business and finding happiness in the small things.

I set new goals and had to rearrange my life plans. I wanted to hit 20K on Instagram before Christmas and at the beginning of December I did! I also landed 25 paid collaborations for the 4th quarter. It kept me super busy and distracted. I also wanted to find a new boarding facility for my horse, and I found the perfect place for him.

Being able to have him so close to me is amazing! I love getting to see him so much more and not having to drive out to where he was before.

I know that the holidays can be hard for people. When you lose someone sometimes you miss them even more during those times. I haven’t been in the holiday spirit this year so I’ve focused on other things. If you are feeling this way, know you’re not alone!

November Book Favorite!

Hi everyone! I meant to post this sooner but my November book of the month was Crave by Tracy Wolff. It is a fun mix between Twilight and Legacies. If you love fantasy and books about Vampires and werewolves and witches this is a good one for you!

After Grace’s parents die, she is sent to Alaska to live in a boarding school that is run by her uncle. She starts to figure out that the people at her new school are not normal teenagers. Grace falls in love with Jackson, who is dark and broody and mysterious.

There are some good twists to this book and it was definitely entertaining! I would probably give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
